Why has an animal remained in my Animal Tracker account even though it has been passed to a new keeper?

If you have generated a Transfer Code for an animal and given this to the new keeper, they should have created an account in Animal Tracker and input the Transfer Code to accept the animal's record.  At this point the animal record will move from your account to theirs (if you are a Breeder it will still be visible in your 'historical breeder records'. 

Transfer codes have a validity of 14 days.  If the new keeper does not use the transfer code during this time it will expire and the animal will remain in your account.  The new keeper will require a new transfer code - this can be issued by you, or by the Animal Tracker team if the keeper calls and quotes the expired code.
