Animal Tracker registration for dogs
The ability to add temporary addresses to a pet's microchip record is a benefit available to those who hold a premium account with Animal Tracker. The function can be used to provide us with more accurate records if you are travelling elsewhere in the UK with your pet, or if you are leaving your pet in the care of others (such as a boarding kennel or cattery) while you travel.
You will be able to enter the temporary address, appoint a contact name and details as well as the dates the animal is due to be in their care. This information will then be displayed to anyone searching the microchip number on the database during that time period.
To add a temporary address to your pet's record, log in to your account and scroll down to the box that reads 'Temporary Addresses' in your account page and click 'Add a Temporary Address'. You will then be able to select the relevant pet/s and enter the temporary contact information.
