I've received a message saying I haven't completed the registration of my animal

If you have received an SMS (text) message or email saying that you have not yet completed your pet's microchip registration, you will need to log in to your Animal Tracker account here and use the transfer code that was supplied in the message. Or, if you have not opened an Animal Tracker account yet, you can simply enter the transfer code in to the box marked "Transfer or Registration Code" on the homepage and follow the online instructions.

If you have lost or can no longer find your transfer code, you should ask your breeder to supply it again or complete a direct registration by clicking the "Click here" to register link located underneath the Transfer Code box on the homepage.
