When should I receive my pet's ID cards?

ID cards are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date the order is completed. They are dispatched via Royal Mail.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days please first log in to your account and make sure the order shows as complete [pictured below].You should have received an email from us if the order remains incomplete after 72hrs of being placed.

You can click on 'View Order' to see a copy of the ID cards [pictured below].

If your order is complete and you have not received the ID cards within 7 working days please click below to contact the support team and we will look into this further.
